With Philos, you can switch seamlessly from one origin or brewing method to another without wasting coffee or time. This vertical grinder is designed to avoid coffee retention and contamination in the grinding chamber.

The dosing finisher collects any ground coffee residue during chute cleaning. When not in use, it can be stored in its dedicated slot behind the front plate.

Easy to use and clean - Optimized workflow, effortless maintenance

Users can access the grinding chamber from the front to clean the grinder or replace the burrs. This can be done easily, tool-free, while maintaining the grind setting.

The ergonomic design of the adjustment dial facilitates daily use thanks to the clearly visible index and the low risk of unintended movement. Philos can be shortened by removing the stainless steel hopper, as it is designed for safe and convenient bean feeding even without it.

Infinite adjustments - Stepped or stepless grinding: it's up to you

Switch easily from stepped mode to stepless mode through a simple procedure.

Stepped mode: with single-step increments of up to 6 microns, the graduated adjustment of the ring covers all brewing methods, from espresso to filter. This makes grind adjustment easy, ensuring repeatability in your recipes.

Choose between two sets of original 64 mm flat Mazzer burrs. Both perform excellently with various brewing methods, such as filter coffee or espresso.

They are made of high-quality, food-safe stainless steel to prevent oxidation and deterioration (even when using RDT). In addition, they are factory-treated to be effective from day one, with no loss of coffee or time.
